Postpartum Packages

Basic Package

$750

3 Weekly home visits, 2.5 hours each: 

1 hr massage/craniosacral therapy bodywork for mother (for baby as well if needed), plus any of the following based on your unique needs and preferences:

• Closing of the Bones Ceremony

• Pelvic Steam (herbs and stool provided)

• Birth story integration

• Bodywork for father

• Emotional support for mom as needed

• Breathing techniques for healing diastasis recti & pelvic floor, and for nervous system regulation

• Support with food prep and baby care based on Innate Traditions wisdom

Extended Package

$1,200

5 Weekly home visits, 2.5 hours each:

Same as above, just 5 total visits rather than 3, so about 5 additional hours of care compared to the basic package.

** Additional travel fee for clients outside the Morongo Basin
*** There is an option to add an organic soup that I will cook at home and bring two large mason jars to our visits. All organic ingredients, chicken or beef (when available), meat and bones cooked slowly in the old meat-stock cooking way, which optimally supports mother’s postpartum recovery. A minimum of 6 meals. $80 extra per week for chicken, $100 for beef.
